BECOME A MENTOR
Mentors are committed to providing friendship and encouragement to a client on a weekly or bi-weekly basis for one or more hours. The length of commitment should be a minimum of 6 months.
Some Mentor Volunteer Possibilities:

- Singing Lessons
- Spending time on campus

- Art projects and activities
For safety purposes, mentors must be 21 years old and willing to submit to a background check (child welfare & criminal) and fingerprinting through the Illinois Department of Children & Family Services. If visits will include transporting a youth, driving records must be checked for transporting clearance, and proof of insurance must be on file with the agency.
