It is my belief that happy, healthy people go to therapy. My office is an oasis that is free of judgment and stigma. It is a safe place for you to feel comfortable and welcomed. It is a place for you to share your thoughts, ideas, and hopes freely.  I studied at both Southeastern Illinois College and Indiana Wesleyan University. I received my BSW from IWU. I completed my internship with The Counseling and Wellness Center at Spero.  I see clients of all ages across their lifespan.  I have a long-term relationship with Jesus of Nazareth and I am welcoming to those of all beliefs and perspectives.  I will work with you to help you become the best version of yourself that you can be. We will focus on your strengths to make you physically, mentally, and emotionally healthy. I am here to serve you in love!
