Important Rate Information
The new rates, effective February 1, 2024, will be as follows:
Non-Refundable Registration Fee-$30.00 per Family
Children age 6 weeks to 1 yr 11 mo – $54 per day
Children 2 years to 2 yrs 11mo – $45 per day
Children 3 years and up – $39 per day
Fees are due the Friday prior to services for private pay clients. If parents prefer to pay monthly or semi-monthly, those fees are due in advance. Checks are to be made payable to Bright Start Early Learning Center, and can be paid to the office or placed in the box outside the office on the wall. If there is a change in fees, notification will be given in writing to the parent/guardian.
Payment Policies
- Late Pick-Up Fee – $15.00 per child PLUS $1.00 per minute after 4:30 pm
- Returned Check Fee – $25.00 PLUS the amount of the returned check, payment due within 2 business days of the notice by cash.
- All payments made by credit/debit cards will be charged a 2.7% convenience fee. All payments made through automatic withdrawal from your checking account will be charged a $0.75 convenience fee.
- Registration Fee and 1st week’s tuition are due before the child begins attendance.
- Private pay tuition is due in advance. Payment is due by Friday prior to services.
- Project CHILD clients require a current approval letter prior to enrollment. Project Child copays are due monthly. All copays must be paid in full by the 15th of the month. Copay amounts are not adjusted if the child enrolls or withdraws in the middle of the month.
- Child care services will be cancelled if your account (including copays) falls more than 30 past due.
***Payment arrangements can be made with the office staff, but failure to comply with the payment arrangement will result in cancellation of services.
